burton dury was established in 2013 by Principal and Director Natasha Burton to provide clear, independent, Director-led advice to property owners and occupiers.
The consultancy works with clients who need experienced commercial thinking, whether they are managing occupational cost, protecting asset value, navigating a lease event or addressing a dispute.
Every instruction is approached practically and proportionately. The aim is simple: to make complex property matters easier to understand and act upon.
Natasha is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience advising property owners, investors and occupiers across commercial and residential portfolios.
Her career includes senior roles within institutional property firms, family-owned investment portfolios, corporate estates and the public sector. She is known for calm, practical advice, strong commercial judgement and the ability to focus quickly on what matters.
