​​​Burton Dury was established in 2013 by Principal and Director, Natasha Burton, to provide our clients with clear, independent, Director-led property advice - for owners and occupiers who need to make good decisions. ​

Much of our work is owner-side advisory, acting as a trusted sounding board for investors and family funds. We also advise occupiers, helping them make informed decisions around lease commitments, cost exposure, and strategic use of property. In both cases, our role is to bring clarity, judgment, and experience to decisions that matter.​
