Natasha Burton is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience advising property owners, investors, and occupiers across commercial and residential portfolios.

Her career includes senior roles within institutional property firms, family-owned investment portfolios, corporate estates, and the public sector. Natasha has led asset management across mixed-use estates, delivered major disposal programmes, advised on lease strategy and service charge matters, and held interim leadership roles.

She regularly works with family offices, overseas investors, and occupiers who require clear, independent advice at key decision points.

 

Natasha is known for her calm, practical approach, strong commercial judgement, and ability to cut through complexity to focus on what matters.
